The stay included a breathtaking view from room 314, with mountains lightly dusted with snow, making it a postcard-perfect experience. The large lobby area with a fireplace created a cozy atmosphere. Staff hospitality was outstanding, with friendly service and a lovely touch of homemade apple cider. However, the breakfast options were quite standard, and a senior discount would have been appreciated, especially on weekends.

Chill spot with stunning views
Had an awesome time! The views of the lake and mountains were incredible. The lobby's cozy with a fireplace that just feels like home. Our room was clean, but a microwave would've been nice. we had to make do without it. Breakfast was pretty solid too! Fresh coffee and yummy pastries. Overall, decent stay for the price!

We had an amazing stay at this lodge! The kids loved the beautiful views of the lake from our room, and we enjoyed taking the scenic walking trail around Lake Chatuge. The staff were super friendly, making our time extra special, especially with their thoughtful service like Vickie's during breakfast!
My kids wished there were more breakfast options. a hot meal would be nice.

missingWrote a review on Jul 06lake viewexpansive balconyshower inconvenience
The room offered expansive views of the lake, which provided a lovely backdrop for relaxation. Each accommodation features a patio or balcony, ideal for soaking in the scenery, although the balcony seating could use an upgrade due to age.
The shower setup wasn’t the most convenient. the lever was too close to the wall, leading to accidental adjustments during use. The hot tub was smaller than anticipated, and its drain location posed some challenges. Additionally, the rooms felt smaller than expected based on what was shown, and more photos would have helped set accurate expectations for the balcony dimensions.

The Standard King Room was generally clean and comfortable, which was nice. I loved the cozy decor, but the bed sagged in the middle, making sleep a bit tricky. The bathroom was updated, and everything was well-appointed. Just wish the heater had worked better. Also, it was really convenient to have a fridge and microwave for snacks and drinks. Overall, it felt welcoming, but there were some issues that could've been fixed to make it perfect.

Beautiful Lake Views and Cozy Atmosphere
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the breathtaking views of the lake from my room. The space was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the cozy common areas, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. One downside was that some of the furnishings felt a bit worn, which could use a refresh.
